SwyxWare 14.21 compatibility

3iMedia Call Queue Controller 8.00 or above have been successfully tested with SwyxWare 14.21

Important notes:
Due to a bug in SwyxWare 14.21 Enreach has released a customer hotfix (CHF 1) for SwyxWare 14.21. This fix is needed for proper functionality.
Without this fix queue calls might get stuck in the queue even though the agent has already accepted the call.

Please request the CHF via Enreach support (preferred) or 3iMedia support (support@3imedia.de)
