Introduction

This article describes the communication between the 3iMedia Wallboard and the Call Queue Controller web service.

Wallboard

The wallboard application is hosted by 3iMedia at www.wallboard-designer.de and wallboard.3imedia-services.de. Both URLs point to the same web service and provide access to the wallboard designer.

Once a wallboard is created, it is registered in the Contact Center as a wallboard via the Devices tab. The generated wallboard is then downloaded by the Contact Center and stored locally.
The provided URL can be accessed internally; therefore, no data is transmitted to the internet.
