Introduction
This article lists all ports used for Call Queue Controller communication and describes their respective purposes.
Web Services
The Call Queue Controller uses the Windows HTTP.sys component for communication. By default, it creates a listener on port 81 and additionally registers a URL with IIS on port 80.
| Port | Purpose | Link |
| 81 | Web Listener for Administration and Client Access via WebExtensions | http://localhost:81 |
| 80 | Web Listener using IIS on path /QueueController. Can be used for Administration as well but was introduced to route client traffic from WebExtensions through RemoteConnector (Skins are marked with the suffix "RemoteConnector") | http://localhost/QueueController |
| 443 | Web Listener for SSL using IIS on path /QueueController. To activate SSL connections for this path a valid certificate has to be selected in ISS configuration. How-To can be found here. | https://localhost/QueueController |
| 444 | Web Listener for SSL traffic. To activate SSL connections a valid certificate has to be installed. How-To can be found here. | https://localhost:444 |
