Field description

Introduction

If the contact center is configured accordingly, CDR data (Call Detail Records) and agent data are written to the database. The tables used, including their fields, are therefore described in more detail below.

Tables

CDR

The CDR table contains all call data (Call Detail Records). To represent a complete call history, a new record is written each time the CDRState field changes. All fields from the previous record are retained and, if applicable, updated with current values.

This table stores not only CDR data from the contact center but also call data from SwyxWare. This allows a call history to be retrieved for calls handled by SwyxWare as well.

To distinguish between these two CDR types, the fields CDRTypeQueue and CDRTypeCDR are used. Depending on the type, these fields are set to either 0 or 1 and must therefore always be included in SQL filter conditions.
