Introduction
The Contact Center Teams App provides most of the views known from SwyxIt! WebExtensions as Teams app. This includes a light and dark scheme.
Installation
DNS Preparation
In order for the app to work the DNS-entry "ippbxsrv" needs to point to the Swyx-Server. The server name used by the app is set to "ippbxsrv" by default. The only way to change the server name is by editing the corresponding link in the "manifest.json" file within the application ZIP-file.
